Platfarm LLC is a growing Eastern Europe software company based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Platfarm Software is a registered trade mark of Platfarm LLC. Initially, the Platfarm team was a software division of Cherno More Capital LLC, an investment company, founded in 2003 by a Stanford University engineering graduate.

In 2005 due to the growing importance of the software division and the need to streamline management, a separate company, Platfarm LLC, was founded.
